We came to New Smyrna Beach about 11 years ago and purchased our townhouse. Since that time we have
grown to love the area. We decided to purchase a home near by, in Port Orange. New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located
to major highways and several airports. Then, there is the beach!!! Designated as one of Florida's most "Beautiful
Beaches." a member from the University for Florida stated "This is one of the few Coastal Hardwood Hammocks left".
We have rented our townhouse for 10 years and enjoy meeting new, as well as, returning guest.
